OUR PROJECT

Our Recruit Potential project will contribute to social inclusion through addressing both the development of inclusive Human Resources (HR) policies and recruitment processes as well as strengthening capacity at management level and HR-staff involved in the formulation and implementation of these activities

Our project’s rationale is that in today’s labour market, recruitment processes need to be more focused on an applicant’s potential rather than their formal skills, education and work experience.

Our Recruit Potential project will produce resources that can be used by employers who wish to address different disadvantaged target groups such as Migrants, Disabled and Youth. In addition our approach, resources and ambitions are equally relevant in supporting other groups who might suffer labour market exclusion, as a result of gender, equality or age.
